Lodging: 3-night 2-day cabin stay in Gatlinburg/surrounding area in east TN
Meals: Dinner on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch both days (dinner is on your own)
Teaching: Devotional time and worship both days
Connection: Organized mastermind-style discussion in small groups
Feedback/Coaching: "Hot seat" time for you to share in a small group a project, book idea, business idea, etc. to receive feedback and coaching
Rebecca George is a speaker, author of Do the Thing: Gospel-Centered Goals, Gumption, and Grace for the Go-Getter Girl, and host of the Radical Radiance podcast. She knows what it feels like to be lonely in ministry and business. A few years ago, she was at a conference and found herself belly laughing over chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant with 8-10 like-minded creatives. She realized in that moment that she craved this type of connection with her peers and wanted to create a space that would enable that to happen for other women.

The retreat was structured perfectly, giving lots of time to network and simply get to know new friends while also balancing sessions full of opportunities to dream, ask advice, and brainstorm with fellow creatives. We all laughed about how often we thought we were alone in our struggles but instead would hear, "me too!" from those we shared with. The entire weekend felt like really good rest that leaves you motivated to create more for the King and his Kingdom.

Because this is a cabin-style event, many rooms in a cabin of this size have multiple beds (i.e. – 4 queens, a king and a sofa bed, etc.). Be thinking of some fellow creatives you might want to invite so that, if you want, you can easily share a room with someone you know (first come first serve!). 😊

Due to the pre-planning we have to pair attendees in rooms, work with vendors, finalize catering, etc., we are unable to provide a refund should you not be able to attend the event.

If you are flying, please book a flight into Knoxville (TYS). We do not recommend flying into Nashville because, as with any large cabin stay, we have limited parking.
Once we have a final headcount, we will help you coordinate ride sharing to the cabin.

Great news! While we will definitely be in the mountains, this cabin is a great mix of mountain views and safe roads. You will not need four-wheel drive to get to the cabin.

We will have our welcome around 8 PM on Wednesday evening to account for afternoon and early evening arrivals. You may arrive to the cabin any time after 5:30 PM to begin getting settled.

The weather in Tennessee in September can be a tad variable. Please check the weather leading up to the event to determine what to bring. It is always slightly colder in the mountains, so dress in layers!

No! Typically, we do a hike that will be less than 3 miles with a restroom at the trailhead. While it will be a moderate hike, you are welcome to hang back at the cabin if you’d like.
